Terms of Service
By commissioning me you agree to have read and accepted my terms of service
T.o.S for Commissions:
I have the right of accepting or declining your commission if I don't feel comfortable or if i don't think i can do it.
Character references must always be fully colored and fullbody ,
I don't accept written refs, minecraft pixels, pixels, traditional refs with bad quality.
No refunds. because once i accept your commission I WILL ALWAYS FINISH IT.I won't send you WIPs unless its a custom design commission OR outfit design commission and it will be a photo of my tablet screen not the actual file.
Don't rush me! I will take at most a month to finish (I usually get them done within a week depending on complexity and life issues but I will communicate with you at every stage)
ABOUT THE FINISHED COMMISSION:
The commission is for personal use only
NO COMMERCIAL USE!! [unless stated otherwise on the ko-fi description of it]
The following cases are considered comercial use:
♦ Reproducing and selling the artwork.
♦ Receiving profit in the medium where you're using it and/or as a way to get attention (like Patreon, YouTube videos, business cards...)
I have full right to my artwork until you pay the commercial use fee
I am free to use the art as an example for my commissions [will make a smaller resolution version for this]
Don't edit the artwork or claim it as yours
Don't remove my watermark! Do not repost my artwork anywhere (like twitter/insta/etc), exception is toyhouse (with proper credit to my toyhou.se toyhou.se/Shiroinya),Sta.sh or other OC collecting sites (ALWAYS with credit and working link back to my artist page)
Please make sure to save the image! I delete my deviations/storage every now and then!
NEVER USE MY ART in ai in any shape or form, you will automatically lose the rights of it and will get blacklisted

Things I'm uncomfortable with
Extremely old, or muscular characters
Very detailed characters
Animals/furry [as in fully realistic animals but feel free to ask if i can draw your character or not]
Mecha/armored characters
Detailed backgrounds [I can draw nature backgrounds just not buildings or houses,etc]
T.o.S for customs and adopts:
Purchasing an adopt gives you partial rights to the design. You are allowed to use the design as a personal OC, use without credit, create art of them, give them an identity and life.
You are allowed to alter the design. This includes physical characteristics, gender, species, and clothing.
You may convert the designs into another species with permission from the species owner. I am not responsible for issues involving rights for characters converted into species. You may not convert the character into any species that requires full rights over the characters, as I retain partial rights.
I may retract the character rights from you if you violate my terms of service.
You must inform me if you have transferred the ownership of the design to another person through trading, gifting, or reselling. You may not resell the design for more than it was bought from me for.
I allow co-ownership of designs as long as both members have agreed to the co-ownership. I am not responsible for any issues that may arise from the co-ownership.
For auctions, payment for adopts is due within 72 hours after the auction has ended.
If you wish to use the design commercially (make more than $100 lifetime profit, use as a character in a book, comic, game, merch, use the design for a vtuber model, etc.), you must pay the commercial fee for the design. This fee is 300% of the original price and gives you full rights over the design. After you have full rights of the designs, you are no longer beholden to my terms of service.
